IWESCO Pty (Ltd) is a medium sized company 100% owned by a woman. The founder and Shareholder is Shellie Roodt who has an industrial environmental background in the motor industry. She holds an MBA degree from the University of Pretoria and is closely involved in the day to day running of the company.
